Tony Siaperas opened the newest eating establishment in Price April 19. Located at 40 West Main in downtown Price the new steak house features fresh fish flown in daily from around the world.

"We use silver selected corn fed beef combined with our unique cooking process, which seals in the flavor, all resulting in one of the finest steaks in the country," says Siaperas.

They have set their grand opening for May 7, when they plan to offer 10 percent off.

Siaperas has been in business with the Silver Dollar for 12 years. General manager of the new steak house is Holley Holden, who has been in the hospitality business for over 15 years.

Lunch or dinner receipts will be honored for a three-week temporary membership to the Silver Dollar.
