Bob Limone adjusts a pipe at the corner of Hill Street and 100 West in Helper. A crew has been working on the corner for two weeks trying to find the source of a water leak. It was discovered Monday that the leak was caused by a split in the old, underground pipe. Water was shut down for much of Helper for five hours on Tuesday while crews replaced over 15 feet of the damaged pipe.
