Editor,

Carbon and Emery Counties need the Lila Canyon Coal Mine in the Bookcliffs area to open for mining. So we need to work to keep the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance from interfering with the company that wants to open the operation.

We need to open that mine and to keep the gas exploration and drilling going so that the proceeds will help our economy in this area to grow.
