Workmen attempt to secure a chain to a flat bed trailer to set it upright last week at an industrial area south of Price. The trailer, that crews were attempting to load on another flatbed attached to a tractor, broke loose from the chain holding it and did a 180 degree flip landing on it's top. It took a good 45 minutes, a loader, forklift and backhoe to get it right side up again and loaded up.
