Lady Dinos seek payback against Cedar City Redmen

Carbon's Cassie Christman brushes past her Uintah defender for a lay up during Tuesday night's home game.

The Lady Dinos cruised through Tuesday's non-region game against Uintah, winning 56-22.

Carbon had several contributing scorers in the decisive win.

Senior Brittany Pollastro and junior Morgan Warburton lead the team with 10 points.

Maquette Potts, Andraya Newby and Tabby Cummings all contributed nine.

Carbon set the pace for the game, outscoring the Utes every quarter.

The loss dropped Uintah to 2-4.

Carbon is 7-1 on the season with an opportunity to reclaim bragging rights against Cedar City tonight.

Cedar City is the only team that has beaten the Lady Dinos and a Carbon win would snap Cedar's undefeated season.

Carbon will travel to Cedar for the game.

The Dinos will then face Pineview away on Dec. 19 before breaking for the holidays.
