Members of George Uhlig's engineering 1010 class at College of Eastern Utah brave the elements for some friendly competition in the Great Bicycle Race.
The bikes were designed by the students and put to the test on Wattis Road on Dec. 6. Several groups battled on the large contraptions and one group even sported a bike which blared Christmas music as they pedaled over the scenic hills.
