The on again, off again power in Price on Monday caused a lot of problems with traffic. All the signals in town went down and many motorists forgot that when a signal is off they need to treat a formerly automated crossroads as a four way stop as the sign suggests. After the power came back on at this intersection on Main Street other motorists were confused by the temporary stop sign in the street while the lights displayed green to go.
