McGruff shakes hands with Sally Mauro Elementary students last Friday. The students gathered in the gym to watch videos on personal and Halloween safety. While Helper Police Chief George Zamantakis spoke to the group, McGruff knocked on the door and surprised the students by joining the discussion.
