Michael Clark, a second grade student at Wellington Elementary creatively draws Frankenstein on a pumpkin. All second grade students in Carbon County received a pumpkin to decorate, donated by Richard Hackwell. Hackwell will visit the classrooms and select the most creative designs. The children were encouraged to use yarn, straw or other art pieces to enhance the pumpkin faces.
