Scenic beauty inspires artistic efforts

Ron Rencher, a resident of Pine Valley in the summer and Texas in the winter, paints a scene in the Wedge. Rencher never visited the Swell until several weeks ago, but had heard about the San Rafael's scenic beauty. The southern Utah resident joins many artists traveling to the area to paint the desert's spectacular scenery.
