Janet Herzet, Owen Cato and Violet Olsen race to the finish line at Tuesday's 'scoodeo' event. Local residents depending on scooters for mobility and independence participated in the educational activity, sponsored by Active Re-Entry, Southeastern Utah Health District and the housing authority.
