Construction begins near golf course

Chip and seal operations began August 5 near the Carbon Country Club located on U.S. Highway 6. The gravel has been piled for several days near the Carbonville Road intersection. Crews began laying tar and spreading gravel over the roadway and is part of a project which began near Soldiers Summit and will be completed on the outskirts of Price.
