Supplies off to Peru

Ann Gotfredson and Denelle Rigby sort through the school supplies they collected to send to students in Peru. Because of the intense poverty in the Peru area, Rigby organized the school supply drive through the International Club at Carbon High. Local high school students donated generously and Gotfredson will take nine boxes full of school supplies to Peru this summer when she visits as part of a humanitarian project. Gotfredson will work with 63 primary school children and 55 secondary school students while in the poverty stricken country.
