Cycling for health and fitness

Richard Morley enjoys his daily bicycle ride near the Price city park. As a Carbon County senior, Morley feels that it is extremely important to stay fit. He does so by cycling each day and plans to start a club for residents 50 and over. The club will ride daily and the goal is to ride to the top of Spring Canyon from Price using the Helper River Parkway and the newly paved trail past the Castle Gate subdivision. The trip will add up to 32 miles and is planned for the end of the summer once the club gets in shape. For more information regarding the healthy lifestyles club, residents may contact Morley.
