Area hosts cop, canine officer training

Iron County deputies Tony Gower and Jeff Malcom act as the bad guys at the police dog competition last week in Price. Law enforcement representatives and canine partners from across the state traveled to Carbon County to participate in the Utah peace officers conference. Approximately 100 law enforcement representative gathered in the local area for three days of meetings and training sessions.
