Small enteprenuers make a big business splash

While most kids try to sell lemonade at stands during the summer, Kayley Boyden and Hayley Taylor had a different idea to pass those hot summer days. They decided to keep Carbon County residents cool by selling water balloons for 25 cents a piece. It makes a lot of sense because what will people come back for, a drink sipped through a straw or a product that expended in one quick blow?
