Investigators dig up evidence at mock murder scene

The murder weapon is found.

A CPR dummy lies lifeless in a bathtub while an investigator examines the scene at a mock murder investigation lab conducted last Friday on the College of Eastern Utah campus. Students, law enforcement officers and crime scene investigators participated in the annual hands-on training event. The final excercise allowed the participants to process a crime scene where they photographed, gathered evidence and logged details about the crime.
