REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

	Carbon County Attorney's Office is accepting proposals for the
purchase of case management system.  The system will be used for the
case management of criminal and civil cases handled by the Carbon
County Attorney's Office and must be capable of supporting a
"paperless" office.  

	Any person wishing to submit a proposal must obtain a specification
packet from Jeremy Humes at Jeremy.humes@carbon.utah.gov, or by
calling Mr. Humes at (435) 636-3240.

	Proposals must be submitted pursuant to the terms of the
specification packet and as a complete package. 

	The County Attorney's Office reserves the right to select the
proposals based on design, system flexibility and adaptability to
current workflow, processes and procedures used in implementation,
availability of in person on-site training, support, and
troubleshooting, implementation time frames, quality and
dependability, unique qualifying credentials such as licenses,
certifications, awards and recognition, and price including
maintenance, system upgrades and update costs.  The County Attorney's
Office also reserves the right to weigh each component as it deems
appropriate.  Any warranties, replacement policies, and available
options may also be considered in awarding the proposal. 
 
	Proposals are due at the Carbon County Clerk/Auditor's office at 120
East Main, Price, Utah 84501, prior to 4:00 p.m. May 21, 2014, and
should clearly indicate on the outside envelope, "Proposal for
Attorney Case Management System."  Proposal Opening Date opening date
is at 4:30 p.m., May 21, 2014, during the regularly scheduled Carbon
County Commission meeting at the County Courthouse, 120 East Main
Street, Price Utah.  

	Carbon County is not responsible for proposals that are received late
due to delays in delivery by any source.  Faxed proposals are not
accepted.
