	Notice is hereby given that the Rural Economic Development Agency and
the Board of Commissioners, Carbon County, State of Utah, will hold a
Regular Public Meeting in the Commission Room of the Courthouse
Building, 120 East Main, Price, Utah, Commencing at 4:30 PM, on
Wednesday May 07, 2014.


	1)	Convene as Carbon County Rural Economic Development Agency

		1A. 	Authorization of funds to be used in road expansion/
			intersection project on Ridge Road.
		1B.	Adjourn as Carbon County Economic Development Agency; 
			Reconvene and Carbon County Board of Commissioners

	2)	Approval of Minutes

	3)	Presentation of County Employee of the Month Award - R. Barnes

	4)	Open requests for proposals for purchase of Carsonite sign posts, 
		reflective stickers, and metal signs for placement along Carbon 
		County Castle Country OHV Trail - Jordan Behunin

	5)	Request for approval to clean lot in Kenilworth owned by Carbon 
		County and to place picnic table, horseshoe pits, etc.

	6)	Adopt Resolution of Constitutional Jurisdiction in Carbon County, 
		Utah - Rex Sacco

	7)	Ratification of memorandum of understanding with Carbon School 
		District for provision of adult education services to jail inmates.

	8)	Consideration and possible approval of contract with the State of 
		Utah Administrative Office of the Courts to provide bailiff and 
		security services.

	9)	Review and Approval of Departmental Reports
