NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Price River Water Improvement District Carbon County, Utah

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Price River Water Improvement District
Carbon County, Utah


	Notice is hereby given that the Price River Water Improvement
District (PRWID) will hold a Public Hearing on May 6, 2014 at 7:00 PM.
 The Meeting will be held in the PRWID District Office located at 265
S. Fairgrounds Rd., Price, UT  84501.  

	The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input on, inform the
public at large, and clarify any questions to affected culinary water
users; of the District's plans to upgrade and take over the Spring
Glen Water Company.  All interested persons will be given reasonable
opportunity to be heard.  As the project is currently proposed, it is
expected that the water rate to the users of the Spring Glen Water
Company, for the first 6,000 gallons will be, the now current rate of,
$27.25 plus the bond payment of approximately $12.50 per user per
month.  

	In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, PRWID will
make reasonable accommodations for assistance by calling (435)
637-6350 at least 48 hours before the Public Meeting.
