NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

	The following described property will be sold at public auction to
the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States, at
the Main Entrance of the Carbon  County Courthouse located at 149 East
100 South, Price, Utah 84501 on April 24, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. for the
purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust originally dated May 1, 2009
and recorded on May 1, 2009, as Entry no. 800721, in Book 698 at Page
356, executed by Mark Anthony McIntyre and Chantel Marie McIntyre, as
(Trustor) and United States of America acting through the Rural
Housing Service or successor agency, United States Department of
Agriculture as (Trustee), and United States of America acting through
the Rural Housing Service or successor agency, United States
Department of Agriculture, as (Beneficiary), as filed in the office of
the County Recorder of Carbon County, State of Utah, covering real
property described as follows:

All of Lots 13 & 14, Block 2, New Helper Townsite, 
Also, Lot 12, Block 2, New Helper Townsite.
	Less from said lot 12: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 12,
Block 2, New Helper Townsite, running thence West along the South Lot
Line 41.00 feet, thence N 78°34'44" West 30.30 feet, said point
being 5 feet more or less North of the NE corner of the Existing
Garage, thence West 29.30 feet more or less to the West Lot line of
Lot 12, thence North along the Lot line 19 feet more or less to the
North line of Lot 12; thence East along the lot line 100 feet more or
less to the West line of Uintah Street, thence South along the street
line and lot line 25 feet more or less to the point of beginning.

Purported Property Address:    260 Uintah Street, Helper, Utah 84526

	South Eastern Utah Title Company was appointed as Successor Trustee
as recorded March 21, 2014 in Book 817 at Page 388. The record owner
of the property as of the recorded of the Notice of Default is Mark
Anthony McIntyre and Chantel Marie McIntyre and the current
Beneficiary is unchanged and is the same as noted above.

	The opening credit bid will be approximately $72,228.00, additional
fees may be added. Bidders must be prepared to tender to the trustee
$5,000.00 at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00
p.m. the day following the sale. Both payments must be in the form of
a bank or credit union cashier check, wire transfer or certified funds
payable to South Eastern Utah Title Company.
