EAST CARBON - Terry Dane Wood, age 52, passed away March 10, 2014 in Salt Lake City.

He was born December 16, 1961 in Price, Utah to Joseph and Donella Adams Wood.

Terry married Tracy Zimmer, October 27, 1991 in New Castle, Colorado.

Terry was a longtime resident of East Carbon where he was known by many in the area as the Schwan Man. He worked in several mines in the area and was gifted in many other trades. He spent countless hours hunting, fishing and enjoying the beauty of cars. Terry was loved by all and will be dearly missed.

Survived by his wife, Tracy Wood, daughters, Tera Wood, Jessica Wood-Patterson (Kurtis), granddaughter, Olivia Patterson, all of Tucson, Arizona; brothers, Duane (Connie) Wood, Price, Donald (Roberta) Wood, Farmington, NM, Larry (Elaine) Wood, East Carbon; sister, Michelle (Michael) Lovell, Salt Lake; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Darrel.

Graveside services will be held at Valley View Cemetery in Sunnyside, Utah at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are welcome to share memories of Terry at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
