	Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners, Carbon
County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Public Meeting in the
Commission Room of the Courthouse Building, 120 East Main, Price,
Utah, Commencing at 4:30 PM, on Wednesday March 05, 2014.


	1)	Approval of Minutes

	2)	Presentation of County Employee of the Month Award - R. Barnes

	3)	Open, read aloud and possible approval of a Notice of Award 
		pending an engineering review of the bids as read for Seely Fire 
		EWP Project - Collin Fawcett, Jones & DeMille Engineering

	4)	Approval of agreement with the University of Utah to do public 
		tours in Range Creek Canyon - S. Christensen

	5)	Request for extension to pay delinquent property taxes - 
		Antonia Pacheco.

	6)	Tippage Fee Rate Increase -- Wade Williams, City Sanitation

	7)	Request for variance from County Ordinance 243 - Darrel Russon

	8)	Review and possible approval of contract with Carbon County and 
		Swanson Service Corporation for commissary services.

	9)	Consideration and possible approval of an ordinance setting the 
		consolidated term of County Surveyor/Commissioner as a four 
		year term.
	10)	Review and Approval of Departmental Reports
