He worked for Arrow Auto Line, Rio Grande Motorway, and finally for Pacific Corp. He was known as a hard worker and made sure his children understood the work ethic.
Connie loved to tell stories about growing up in Price and on Cedar Mountain. His passion was hunting, fishing, and camping with family and friends. He imbued in his children a love of the outdoors and rock hunting. He loved working with his son on the farm and spent his last few years puttering around on his golf cart checking on the farm. Also in the last few years of his life his daughter-in-law Debbie provided meals and company to brighten his days. His family was a great joy to him and he loved visiting with grandchildren. He was always thrilled with the letters and pictures they would bring him which he displayed and often framed for his house.
