Gas prices fall in Utah

Average retail gasoline prices in Utah have fallen 1.4 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.08 per gallon yesterday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 1,171 gas outlets in Utah.

This compares with the national average that has not moved in the last week to $3.27 per gallon.

Including the change in gas prices in Utah during the past week, prices yesterday were 10.2 cents per gallon higher than the same day one year ago and are 5.7 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.

The national average has decreased 1.6 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 4.4 cents per gallon lower than this day one year ago.
