Carbon County is now accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the
following for use at the Carbon County Fairgrounds:
One Power Flo PF4NC5044SS 5 HP, 460V, 3PH Sewage Ejector Pump
One 5 HP, 460V, 3Ph, VFD w/Type 3 enclosure, H-O-A
switch and manual speed rheostat, submersible pressure
transducer (Customer to supply manual disconnect)
One guide rail system for 18' concrete basin
One Rain Bird brand submersible motor start and protector for sewage
One Rain Bird brand lighted H-O-A switch & contacts
One Rain Bird brand 3" magnetic flow meter with transmitter
Forty-two feet of 4" schedule 40 galvanized pipe, threaded & coupled
One 4" flanged pipe thread bi-flange companion
One 4" stainless steel flange accessory kit
Three 4" galvanized elbows
One 4" galvanized union
Updated electrical prints, PLC and HMI software for integration with
existing pump manager and Maxicom system
Bids are due at the Carbon County clerk's office at 120 East Main,
Price, Utah 84501, prior to 5:00 p.m. January 27, 2014, and should
clearly indicate on the outside envelope, "Fairgrounds Pump". Bid
opening date is at 4:30 p.m., February 5, 2014 during the regularly
scheduled Carbon County Commission meeting at the County Courthouse,
120 East Main Street, Price Utah.
Carbon County is not responsible for bids that are received late due
to delays in delivery by any source. Faxed bids are not accepted.
Bids are subject to approval by the County Commission. Carbon County
reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality
of any bid and select the bid which in the opinion of the county
