NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

	Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners, Carbon
County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Public Meeting in the
Commission Room of the Courthouse Building, 120 East Main, Price,
Utah, Commencing at 4:30 PM, on Wednesday November 20, 2013.

AGENDA

	1)	Approval of Minutes

	2)	Open sealed bids for County Communications Dept. pickup truck.

	3)	Consideration and possible approval of Children's Justice Center 
		application for accreditation with National Children's Alliance, 
		and approval of license agreement with National Children's 
		Alliance.

	4)	Consideration and approval of an addendum to the mineral rights 
		lease with Contex Energy

	5)	Consideration and possible approval of placement of power lines 
		within 15 feet of road along 1250 West.

	6)	Public Hearing for possible approval of a recommendation of 
		the Planning Commission for a change to the Zoning Map of 
		Carbon County from RR-1 to R-1-20,000 on approximately 4.41 
		acres located on parcel #02-1685-0027-Daniel and Julie Taylor

	7)	Review and possible approval of a recommendation of the 
		Planning Commission for an amendment to the South Meadows 
		Subdivision in order to subdivide lot 9 (parcel #02-1685-0027) 
		into two lots-Daniel and Julie Taylor

	8)	Public Hearing for the possible approval of a recommendation 
		of the Planning Commission for a Conditional Use Permit to 
		operate a State impound yard and towing company at 
		approximately 810 S. 800 E. on parcel #02-1458-0000-
		John Parry of DJ's Towing and Automotive

	9)	Public Hearing to Adopt 2014 Tentative County Budget for all 
		Funds - S. Oveson

	10)	Possible closed session to discuss ongoing or potential
litigation, 
		the sale or purchase of real property, or the character,
professional 
		competence, or physical or mental health of an individual 
		(U.C.A. §52-4-201).
