	Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners, Carbon
County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Public Meeting in the
Commission Room of the Courthouse Building, 120 East Main, Price,
Utah, Commencing at 4:30 PM, on Wednesday November 06, 2013.


	1)	Convene as Municipal Building Authority of Carbon County

		A. Award Bid for Nine Mile Canyon Road (Phase I) Carlson 
		    Drainage Work.

		B. Adjourn as Municipal Building Authority of Carbon County --
 		    Reconvene as Carbon County Board of Commissioners

	2)	Approval of Minutes

	3)	Carbon County Employee of the Month Award - R. Barnes

	4)	Request for approval of disinterment from Price City Cemetery 
		from plot owned by Carbon County.

	5)	Review and possible approval of a mineral lease agreement with 
		Contex Energy.

	6)	Review and possible approval of a Cooperative Agreement for 
		consolidated dispatch service in Carbon County - J. Stefanoff

	7)	Discussion and possible issuance of assurance of adequacy of 
		real property rights as to property which is part of NRCS 
		sponsored Emergency Watershed Protection Project for Seely 
		Burn Scar - C. Page

	8)	Discussion regarding deed to PRWID - Jeff Richens

	9)	Appointment of new Tourism Tax Advisory Board Members.

	10)	Appointment of Carbon County Representative and an Alternate 
		Representative for the Utah Counties Indemnity Pool Annual 
		Membership Meeting Approval and Adoption of Resolution 	
		reflecting the same.

	11)	Consideration and possible approval of Memorandum of 
		Agreement with Rural Public Lands County Council.

	12)	Review and approval of Predator Control Contract for FY2014.

	13)	Review and possible approval of Ordinance 455A, modifying the 
		County Purchasing Policy with respect to the sale and purchase 
		of adjoining properties - C. Bryner

	14)	Possible closed session to discuss ongoing or potential
		the sale or purchase or real property, or the character, 
		professional competence, or physical or mental health of an 
		individual (U.C.A. § 52-4-201).
