WELLINGTON - Terry Stansfield, age 67, passed away Oct. 20, 2013.
He was born on Feb. 18, 1946 in Roosevelt to Leonard LaVar and Ida Pearl Bird Stansfield.
Terry Married Shirley Moosman on March 14, 1969. Together they had five children.
Terry worked for Scarty's sales and service for many years and was also employed by Plateau Mining for 26 years. He liked working with his hands, keeping busy and especially working on and painting cars. Terry enjoyed spending time with his family camping, fishing, hunting and riding his four wheeler.
Terry is survived by his wife, Shirley; sons, Justin (Jenifer), Miller Creek, Jason (Katrina), Huntington, Jeremy (Ashlee), Cleveland; daughter, Carrie, Idaho; sisters, Wanda (Danny) Flores, West Valley, Sarah (Ron) Evans, Naples, Carol (Buzz) Fletcher, Naples; brothers, Marvin (LeIsle) Stansfield, Gary (Dawn) Stansfield, all of Miller Creek, LeLand (Jackie) Stansfield, Blackfoot, Idaho, Byron (Myrlene) Stansfield, Springdale, Clyde (Leesa) Stansfield, Altamont; brothers-in-law, Rex (Rosie) Moosman, Cleveland, Ralph (Karen) Moosman, Elmo, Merlin (Carol) Moosman, Carbonville, Max (Kim) Moosman, Miller Creek; sisters-in-law Judy Messinger and Joni Moosman.
Preceded in death by his parents; mother and father in law, Boyd and Beth Moosman; son, Shane; daughter, Kena; brothers-in-law, August Priebe, Paul Messinger and Ken Moosman; nephews, Chris Stansfield, Steven Potter, David Fletcher, John Moosman, Travis Moosman, and Ty Moosman; nieces, baby girl Priebe, Deandra Vasquez and Kelly Villa.
Graveside service, Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013, 11 a.m., Wellington City Cemetery. Family will receive friends at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price Thursday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. prior to graveside services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
