Pinnacle High School baseball team set to host key doubleheader

With little time left in the season, the Pinnacle High School baseball team is looking to finish the season strong as they host a doubleheader against Tabiona on Friday starting at 2 p.m. at the USU Eastern Baseball Field.

Tabiona, the leaders of Region 17, will provide a tough challenge for the Panthers. Tabiona enters the doubleheader with an overall record of 10-1 and a 4-0 record in Region 17.

The Panthers, 7-8 overall, currently sit in second place in Region 17 with a 1-1 record in region play.

The Panthers will finish the regular season on Tuesday, Oct. 1 with another doubleheader against Green River.
