SOUTH JORDAN/LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Anthony Joseph Compton, 38, passed away Aug. 3, 2013 in Price.
He was born Oct. 16, 1974 in Las Vegas, Nev., to Ronald A. and Lucille J. Bonaquisto Compton.
Anthony was a graduate of Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas class of 1993. He attended Dixie College in St. George and CEU in Price where he attained an Associate Degree.
Anthony moved to Utah in 2008 and was currently residing in South Jordan.
He loved playing baseball, hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time with family. He also devoted his time supporting those in recovery at the Phoenix Recovery Center in South Jordan.
Survived by his mother, Lucille Compton; sisters, Nicole (Robert) Bone, Holly Breiner; nieces Gina and Isabella; the Bonaquisto and Evans families, and many close friends that touched Anthony's life the past few years. He was so loved by his family and friends and we already miss him.
Preceded in death by his father Ronald and brother Ronnie.
Funeral Mass, Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, 12:30 p.m., at St. Viator's Catholic Church (2461 East Flamingo Road) in Las Vegas. A visitation and viewing will be Friday, Aug. 9, 2013 from 3 - 7 p.m. at Palm Eastern Mortuary (7600 South Eastern Ave) in Las Vegas, Nev. Committal service to follow at Palm Eastern Cemetery, Las Vegas, Nev.
