Local golfers sink hole-in-one. Last Tuesday, two local golfers accomplished the difficult task of sinking a hole-in-one. Dee Miller claimed a hole-in-one on hole number 17 at the Carbon Country Club using a seven wood from the white tees. The accomplishment was witnessed by Dave Ferre, Ken Hennefer and George Duncan.

The second hole-in-one of the day came from Emillo Aguayo on hole number eight using a nine iron from 175 yards. The hole-in-one was witnessed by Bob Hyde and Shane Moore.
