PRICE - Roxann passed from this life on July 9, 2013. She was born April 29, 1948, in Fort Scott, Kansas to Charles F. Rudisill and Virginia I. Rudisill. Roxann moved with her family to Price, Utah in 1956.
After graduating from Carbon High School, the College of Eastern Utah and 1+ year at the University of Utah, Roxann married Patrick A. Rich, Jr. The Navy stationed them in Pensacola, Florida, New port, Rhode Island and ports along the east coast, settling in Norfolk, Virginia. They divorced eight years later.
Roxann met and married Anselm (Al) L. Beal in Norfolk in 1978. In July 1989, she and Al traveled to Madison, Wisconsin where Roxann received an experimental Kidney and Pancreas transplant (#74).
In 2005 they decided to relocate to Richland, Washington, to be near family. They continued to travel until Al's passing in 2009. Roxann had been in every state and three foreign countries by the time she died.
She is survived by her two nieces (Nichole McCreight, Kelli Dunfee), three great nephews and two great nieces.
