Structures begin to take shape at the Eastgate Apartments as the 70 unit complex sees vertical growth. The "income targeted" facility will feature a club house and swimming pool. The LaPorte Group, who also funded the Newhouse Apartments in Price, is planning one, two, three and four bedroom units at Eastgate. In addition to developing the east end of Price's Main Street, building also included a bridge across Mead's Wash at 200 South, which will open up the city's south side to development.
