Carolyn K. McCurdy, mother, grandmother, great grandmother & friend, passed away May 15, 2013 at her home after a long battle with breast cancer.
She fought the most courageous fight anyone could possibly have fought to beat this disease to be able to stay with her family whom she loved very much.

With the marriage of Louie and Lori, she was blessed with two more grandsons, Jason M Lopez, Kevin D Lopez and a granddaughter Tiffany (Lopez) Davis, along with all of this family she was welcomed into the entire Lopez Family whom loved her very much.
In retirement Carolyn enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren whom were the light of her life along with her only child Lori. Her best friend of over 35 years Donna Coates was her constant companion that she enjoyed life with. She loved the mountains, fishing and traveling to St. George with Donna for their yearly girl's week. Donna and Carolyn were the original Thelma & Louise.
After watching Lori participating in her athletic endeavors at a very young age she never missed one game or event, she then followed her grandchildren from one end of the state to the other to watch and enjoy their successes. Before she was diagnosed with cancer she was able to attend her great grandsons first year of soccer.
