   POST-FILING ANNOUNCEMENT
K273BT - PRICE, UT

	On May 30, 2013, Educational Media Foundation filed an application
with the Federal Communications Commission for the renewal of FM
translator station K273BT, which is licensed to serve Price, Utah. The
station rebroadcasts KLOV with an effective radiated power of 0.25 kW.

	Our license will expire on October 1, 2013. We have filed an
application for renewal with the FCC.

	A copy of this application is available for public inspection during
our regular business hours. Individuals who wish to advise the FCC of
facts relating to our renewal application and to whether this station
has operated in the public interest should file comments and petitions
with the FCC by September 1, 2013.

	Further information concerning the FCC's broadcast license renewal
process is available at 2288 Airport Boulevard, Santa Rosa, California
95403 or may be obtained fron the FCC, Washington, DC 20554.
