   NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE 

	 The following described property will be sold at public auction to
the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at
the time of sale, at the Carbon County Court Complex, 149 East 100
South, Price, Utah  84501, on July 9, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. of said day,
for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated February 1, 2007,
and executed by JEROMIE C. BUNCH AND DANA L. BUNCH, JOINT TENANCY, as
Trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR BANK OF UTAH, A UTAH CORPORATION as Beneficiary,
which Trust Deed was recorded on February 5, 2007, as Entry No.
121686, in Book 638, at Page 585, in the Official Records of Carbon
County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 58
Garden Street, Helper, Utah  84526 in Carbon County, Utah, and more
particularly described as:

	PARCEL 1:  BEGINNING AT A POINT LOCATED 781.25 FEET NORTH OF THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 13
SOUTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE SLB&M, AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH 60 FEET;
THENCE WEST 74 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 11 DEG. 18'36" EAST 61.19 FEET, MORE
OR LESS, TO AN EXISTING FENCE, THENCE EAST 62 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING. PARCEL 2:  BEGINNING AT A POINT 470 FEET SOUTH
OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 13,
TOWNSHIP 13 SOUTH, RANGE 9 EAST, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN, AND
RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 60 FEET; THENCE EAST 110 FEET; THENCE NORTH 60
FEET; THENCE WEST 110 FEET TO BEGINNING.   Tax ID: 1A-315

	The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING
CORPORATION, and the record owners of the property as of the recording
of the Notice of Default are JEROMIE C. BUNCH AND DANA L. BUNCH, JOINT
TENANCY.

	Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale
and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day following
the sale.  Both the deposit and the balance must be paid to Lincoln
Title Insurance Agency in the form of a wire transfer, cashier's check
or certified funds.  Cash payments, personal checks or trust checks
are not accepted.
