NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

                The following described property will be sold at
public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the
United States at the time of sale, at the Carbon County Court Complex,
149 East 100 South, Price, Utah  84501, on July 2, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.
of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated August
17, 2007, and executed by JARED GALLEGOS AND MANDY MARTINEZ, JOINT
TENANCY, as Trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
SYSTEMS, INC. SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR BANK OF UTAH, A UTAH CORPORATION
as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on August 20, 2007, as
Entry No. 125151, in Book 653, at Page 449, in the Official Records of
Carbon County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly
located at 264 South 400 East, Price, Utah 84501 in Carbon County,
Utah, and more particularly described as:

	BEGINNING AT A POINT 50 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1,
BLOCK 11, PRICE TOWNSITE SURVEY, AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH 50 FEET;
THENCE WEST 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 50 FEET; THENCE EAST 150 FEET TO
THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.  TOGETHER WITH A RIGHT OF WAY (NOT FEE SIMPLE
TITLE) FOR THE PURPOSE OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED TRACT OF LAND, TO WIT: COMMENCING AT A POINT 150 FEET WEST
OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT AND BLOCK AND RUNNING THENCE WEST
14.5 FEET; THENCE NORTH 214.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 164.5 FEET; THENCE
SOUTH 14.5 FEET; THENCE WEST 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 200 FEET TO THE
PLACE OF BEGINNING.

Tax ID: 1-90

	The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING
CORPORATION, and the record owners of the property as of the recording
of the Notice of Default are JARED GALLEGOS AND MANDY MARTINEZ, JOINT
TENANCY.

                Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00
deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m.
the day following the sale.  Both the deposit and the balance must be
paid to Lincoln Title Insurance Agency in the form of a wire transfer,
cashier's check or certified funds.  Cash payments, personal checks or
trust checks are not accepted.
