Survived by son, Nick (Toni) Sampinos, daughter, Billie (Sam) White; grandchildren, Angela and John Sampinos and Christopher White, all of Price; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John; parents; stepfather, Harry Balafoutis; sisters, Stella Klapakis and RG Friedley; brother, James Logiakis; and niece, Stacy Himonas.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2013, 11 a.m., at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 61 S. 200 E., Price. Trisagion service Tuesday evening, 7 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home, 233 East Main, Price. Family will be at Mitchell Funeral Home Tuesday and Wednesday one hour prior to services. Interment, Price City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Toula at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, P.O. Box 688, Price, Utah 84501 or to a charitable organization of your choice.
