NOTICE OF VACANCY ON WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL

	Notice is hereby given that Wellington City has a vacancy on the
Wellington City Council.  Individuals wishing to be considered for
appointment to the vacant seat may submit their request in writing to
the Wellington City Recorder at the Wellington City Hall, located at
150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah during regular business hours.
Deadline for submission is May 31, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. Qualifications
for appointment include being a registered voter and reside within
Wellington City for twelve (12) consecutive months. 

	The Wellington City Council will interview each person whose name is
submitted at the regular meeting of the City Council on June 5, 2013
at 7:00 p.m. at the Wellington City Hall, located at 150 West Main
Street, Wellington, Utah. The vacancy will be filled during the
meeting of June 5, 2013 and term of office will be until December 31,
2013.
