Sun Advocate reporter

Reports of an unconscious and unresponsive man brought Price city police, fire and Carbon County Emergency Medical Technicians to the Price Walmart parking lot just after 1 p.m. Friday afternoon.

On scene, medical personnel worked to stabilize the unconscious man while police questioned a single female near a green Pontiac Grand-Am. As ambulance transport reached the scene, the man regained consciousness and began speaking with EMTs. Initial reports from dispatch indicated the possible use of heroin in connection with the man's condition. He was transported to Castleview Hospital for continued medical care. Check back for further information as it becomes available.
