	Sealed proposals will be received by the Supervisor Buildings and
Grounds of Carbon School District, 65 East 400 North, Price, UT 84501
until 1000 am 20 May 2013.

	PROJECT:  Furnish and install two 20' light poles with LED lights at
locations TBD on parking area south of Carbon School District
Administration Building.   This will consist of providing power from
the building to the poles and setting anchors and poles with lights.

	There will be a site visit at 1100 am 15 May 2013 meeting in the
north parking area with a district representative.

	All state required insurances and verification that bidders are
signed up in state required E-verify system must be provided at time
of bid award.   Payment & Performance bond is required for this work
and lien releases to be included in payment request.  The District
reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any
informality or technicality not of a statutory nature in the interest
of the District.
