    ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

	Sealed proposals will be received by the Supervisor Buildings and
Grounds of Carbon School District, 65 East 400 North, Price, UT 84501
until 1000 am 16 May 2013.

	PROJECT:  Remove and dispose of existing asphalt and replace with new
at bus dropoff driveway Creekview Elementary, 590 West 500 South,
Price, UT, 84501

	Interested parties may pick up a sketch of area and scope of work at
Buildings and Grounds Department at address shown above.   All
questions to be directed to the supervisor of Buildings and Grounds.
All work must be complete by 1 August 2013. 
  
	All state required insurances and verification that bidders are
signed up in state required E-verify system must be provided at time
of bid award.   Payment & Performance bond is required for this work
and lien releases to be included in payment request.  The District
reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any
informality or technicality not of a statutory nature in the interest
of the District.
