Little league fields get new dugouts

Bricks and cement are stacked by the curb at the South Price Park on 400 South and 150 East where construction of new dugouts is underway. The park is owned by the city, but the Western Boys Baseball Association is building the dugouts to keep the sun and the rain off players heads for many seasons to come.
