Museum Archaeology Week begins with Family Day May 6

Archaeology week begins at the USU Eastern Prehistoric Museum with Family Activity Day May 4. All activities take place at the museum, 155 East Main Street in Price, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

There will be raffle drawings at 11 a.m., noon, and 1 p.m. There will be a drum circle from noon to 1 p.m.

Ongoing activities inside and outside include:

Jewelry/pump drill; Rock art boards; Face painting; Pipe cleaner split twig figurines; Treasure Hunt; Corn grinding; Coloring station; Blue Man; and Build your own dinosaur sculpture.
