	Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners, Carbon
County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Public Meeting in the
Commission Room of the Courthouse Building, 120 East Main, Price,
Utah, Commencing at 4:30 PM, on Wednesday April 17, 2013.

AGENDA

	1)	Approval of Minutes

	2)	Open sealed bids for weed and mosquito chemicals. 

	3)	Opening of bids and possible awarding of contract for the 7th 
		District Court Complex remodel project.

	4)	Miss Carbon County 2013 - Alexis Matthews

	5)	Request to review County Floodplain Maps for Carbonville area 
		-- Albert Spensko

	6)	Approval of County local PR campaign - S. Johansen

	7)	Consideration and possible approval of Ordinance 454, regulating 
		the use of off-highway vehicles on Carbon County Class B and 
		Class D roads.

	8)	Consideration and possible approval of a request from Rocky 
		Mountain Power to conduct land surveys, soils tests, and cultural, 
		biological and environmental studies on property owned by Carbon 
		County.

	9)	Consideration and possible approval of Resolution No. 2013-04, 
		a Resolution of the Carbon County Board of Commissioners 
		confirming that Carbon County is not seeking to impose a tax 
		under Part 7, county option funding, for botanical, cultural, 
		recreational and zoological organizations or facilities (ZAP tax).

	10)Consideration and possible approval of a request from Price City 
		to terminate the October 1, 2006 interlocal agreement between 
		Carbon County and Price City regarding the ZAP tax.

	11)Consideration and possible approval of Ordinance 455, a 
		purchasing and procurement policy, setting forth the manner by 
		which Carbon County may acquire, manage, and dispose of 
		property, and repealing Ordinance 225.

	12)Discussion and possible authorization of payment of legal fees 
		for separate counsel for Sheriff's Merit Board and Carbon County 
		Board of Adjustments.
