COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

	Price City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project
determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program for
Program Year 2013 for renovations to the buildings owned by the
Housing Authority of Carbon County located in the vicinity of 261
South 1600 East. Comments will be solicited on project scope,
implementation, and its effects on residents.  The hearing will begin
at 5:00 p.m. on April 24th, 2013 and will be held at Price City Hall,
Council Chambers, 185 East Main. Further information can be obtained
by contacting Victor Staley at the Housing Authority of Carbon County
at (435) 637-5170 or Price City Community Director, Nick Tatton at
(435) 636-3184.  In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities
Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary
communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify
City Recorder, Laurie Tryon, at City Hall, 185 East Main at least
three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
