	Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners, Carbon
County, State of Utah, will hold a work meeting in the Commission
Chambers of the Courthouse Building, 120 East Main, Price, Utah,
Commencing at 3:00 PM, on April 17, 2013.


	1.	Fee structure and booking process for County venues - S. Johansen

	2.	County marquee partner participation - S. Johansen

	3.	Discussion of forms to be used in the bidding, awarding, and 
		contracting for the construction of the Carbon County 
		Administration Building, including but not limited to (1) the 
		construction contract; (2) the general conditions for the contract; 
		(3) the bid bonds; (4) the notice to proceed; and (5) such other 
		documents as necessary - C. Bryner

	4.	Update on current Economic Development projects - D. Fielding
