      Notice of Pubic Hearing

	Notice is hereby given that the Emery County Board of Commissioners
will hold a public hearing on April 09, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. during
their regularly scheduled commission meeting located at 75 East Main
Street, Castle Dale, Utah 84513 to receive public comment and input on
a proposal from Emery Refining, LLC for a Level III Conditional Use
Permit to operate a micro-Refinery and associated rail system in the
Industrial Park in Green River, Utah.

	All interested citizens are encouraged to attend.  If you need
