Bid Notice
Carbon County will accept sealed bids for hauling up to 600 tons of
LMCRS-2A and also up to 100 tons of CSS1H (dilute 1:1) from The Peak
Asphalt plant in Woods Cross Utah; to be delivered to various
locations within Carbon County Utah.
The bids are due at the Carbon County clerks' office at 120 East Main
Price, Utah 84501, prior to 5:00 P.M. on April 2, 2013 and will be
opened at commission meeting on April 03, 2013.
On the outside of a sealed envelope write in red ink (Asphalt haulage
bid.)
Carbon County is not responsible for bids that are received late due
to delays in delivery by any source. Fax bids are not acceptable.
Carbon County reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, to
waive any informality of any bid and to select the bid which in the
opinion of the county provides the best product, warranty and service
to the county.
